I truly had no idea just how much we’d learn along the way. We found a piece of land for sale and made an offer
Our first meeting with Schumacher Homes Charleston office to discuss budget and floor plan modifications
After a 2-month survey and application process, we hired a local company to clear the land. We also had our Preconstruction meeting with Schumacher Homes to confirm selections
After the town approved our plans and permits, we began construction.
